Driving Research Ltd operates a small team of core staff, and drafts in relevant expertise from other sources depending on the nature of the project. Our strong links with Cranfield University facilitate access to the highest level of specialist expertise across all facets of the Human Factors discipline.

Dr Julie Gandolfi CPsychol. AFBPS BA(Hons.) MSc PhD PGCPSE PGCert(SocSc) PGDip(SocSc)

After receiving her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 2000, Julie went on to gain an MSc in Psychology in 2002 before embarking on a PhD at Cranfield University which she received in 2007. She also gained a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Studies in Education in 2001, became a Chartered Psychologist in 2011 and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society in 2014.

Julie began by working as a Research Assistant within the Driving Research Group, focusing on development and implementation of police, fire and fleet driver risk assessments. After completing her PhD, Julie founded Driving Research Ltd., retaining strong links with the Cranfield Driving Research Group and DriverMetrics, whilst providing independent consultancy services to a variety of clients including Unilever, the RAC Foundation and various Local Authorities.
